Kendrapara, Dec 18(Odian Media): The trustee and king of Kanika, Shivendra Narayan Bhanjdeo, on behalf of the Kanika temple community, met district magistrate Samarth Burma at his residence in Garapur on Thursday afternoon and handed over a check for Rs 50,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for Covid’s assistance. He encouraged ordinary people as well to take part in solving this great task: “One of the things you and other people can do is keep up the pressure … there are going to be some difficult decisions for government”. Kanika Raja Shri Bhanjdeo also proposed to the district commissioner to build a bus stand in Kanika. Senior journalist Subhransu Sutar was also present with King Shri Bhanjdeo. Later, King Shri Bhanjdeo visited the Diamond Jubilee Library at the old bus stand in Kendrapara .
