Bhubaneswar January 22 :Sugarcane juice is particularly a favourite during hot summer afternoons. Not only does the delicious drink quench your thirst, but it also comes with a lot of health benefits, celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar pointed out.

In an Instagram post, Diwekar explained why one should have sugarcane juice. ‘It’s a natural detox and pitta shamak. The stuff that looks after the pitta or the heat response in the body. It’s a natural coolant but comes in season during the winters.’
