NewDelhi Aug 3 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be meeting India’s entire contingent participating at Tokyo Olympics 2020 as special guests at the Red Fort on August 15.
As per report Modi has invited the Indian contingent as special guests and will also meet and interact with them.
“On 15th August, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will invite the entire Indian Olympics contingent to the Red Fort as special guests. He will also personally meet and interact with all of them around that time,” .
So far India has been assured of three medals at Tokyo Olympics 2020. Mirabai Chanu opened India’s account with a historic silver medal in weightlifting followed by PV Sindhu – who won a bronze medal, which was her second successive medal at the mega event following a silver medal which she won at Rio Games 2016.
