Bhubaneswar, 16/09( Odian Media) : International Human Rights Council (IHRC) Odisha State President, Minaketan Pattanaik has been touring the State since last three months and visiting each district boards of IHRC regularly to unite human rights defenders. Shri Minaketan Patnaik along with National President of IHRC discussed about various issues of the State with Hon’ble Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Dept, Shri Ramdas Athawale and presented action plans for providing projects to Odisha State and Hon’ble Union Minister has assured to extend his best cooperation in this regard.
