NewDelhi August 13:Former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee’s health condition continues to remain critical, said reports.<\/p>\n

Sources in the Army’s Research and Referral (R&R) Hospital in Delhi, where the former Congress veteran is undergoing treatment, say that at present he is “haemodynamically” stable and on ventilator support.<\/p>\n

Mukherjee, 84, was admitted to the hospital in critical condition on Monday and underwent a brain surgery. He also tested positive for novel coronavirus aka COVID-19.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Mukherjee’s health worsened further after the surgery, as per reports.<\/p>\n

He had to reportedly undergo surgery after a large blood clot had developed in his brain.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the former president accidentally slipped in his bathroom and fell, resulting in blood clot.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Mukherjee’s daughter Sharmistha shared a prayer on Twitter on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
