The Panchyatraj system was strengthened during formers Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi,\u201d said Singh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He further said that since 2014 the Modi government in center is continuously taking steps against farmers and labourers of this nation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cToday the disputed farmers bill is given top priority only to open the doors for multinational corporations of some of the developed countries in the rural agricultural market of India. But Congress has never bent down before the pressures of so called developed nations by compromising the interest of the farmers. As per the provisions of the present bill if farmers will not be paid the minimum support price for their agricultural produce then no legal action can be taken against the corporates. The MNCs will have their monopoly on the rural agri market of India. The corporate will get scope to open their own mandis where the farmers will be exploited,\u201d added Singh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Singh criticised the both BJD and BJP saying that both the parities have secrete agreement and both the party is entirely against the interest of the farmers the labourers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIn case of contract farming, this bill gives more protection to the interest of the corporate instead of farmers.\u00a0 If the farmer is exploited by the company then he can\u2019t\u2019 go directly to the court of law. Fast of all he has to lodge complain before the SDM and if aggrieved by the order of SDM then can file an appeal before the collector of that districts. If aggrieved by the order of Collector then he has the only option to go before the central Govt. to get the justice. Those farmer leading in a remote village cant evil go to the govt. at Delhi. The present APMC act will be controlled by the central govt. which is entirely against the interest of the farmers,\u201d further said Singh.<\/p>\n<p><script>function
