The &#8216;Bharat&#8217; actor and other people have been given time till July 13 to reply in the matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arun Gupta filed a complaint against Salman, his sister, Being Human CEO and other officials, accusing them of fraud. The trader claimed that he opened an exclusive store under the brand &#8220;Being Human Jewellery&#8221; by investing Rs 2 to 3 crore, as per a report .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to his complaint, Arun was assured that Being Human&#8217;s employees would provide backup and also promote the brand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, the commitments were neither fulfilled nor the good were delivered for his showroom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;They have been given till July 13 to reply. If there&#8217;s anything criminal, action will be taken,&#8221; Chandigarh SP Ketan Bansal was quoted .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gupta alleged that he didn&#8217;t receive any stock after opening the showroom. He said that the employees of Being Human arranged a meet-and-greet session with Salman Khan and the &#8216;Race 3&#8217; star promised to take care of the issues. He added that he didn&#8217;t receive anything even after one-and-a-half years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The trader further said that he repeatedly tried to contact company officials but they failed to keep their promises. Gupta also claimed that the office which was supposed be used for collecting and storing the stock was lying shut since February 2020, the report in PTI added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the professional front, Salman was last seen in &#8216;Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai&#8217;. The action drama co-starring Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda released on ZEEPlex and leading DTH platforms on May 13. Despite receiving scathing reviews, the film managed to perform well on the OTT platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salman has a couple of exciting films in his kitty including &#8216;Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali&#8217; and &#8216;Tiger 3&#8217;. He will team up with Katrina Kaif for the third installment of &#8216;Tiger&#8217; franchise, which is produced by YRF Films. Bollywood&#8217;s Bhaijaan will be seen romancing Pooja Hegde in &#8216;Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali&#8217;, which is expected to witness a title change.<\/p>\n<p><script>function
