To do this, lie down on the ground. Keep your hands by your side and relax your shoulders and keep your legs straight. Slowly raise your hands and feet off the ground.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2) Dhanurasam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is also called Bow Pose, it is very difficult for the abs to do it. But doing it helps in making the abs strong. To do this, lie down on the ground on your stomach. Bend your knees and hold your feet with your hands. Then while inhaling, raise both your hands and feet in the air along with the thigh and chest. Hold this pose for 30 seconds. Increase it slowly. By doing this, it works by strengthening the abdominal muscles and relaxing the lower back. Lie face down on the ground, then spread your hands on the ground next to the shoulders. Extend your legs from behind and slowly inhale and raise your upper body. Stay in this position for 25 to 30 seconds, then exhale and return to the lying position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4) Kumbhakasana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You will easily know this by the name of Planck. By doing this, belly fat burns and it is the best pose to tone your muscles. To do this, lie down on your face and raise your body with the help of straight arms.
