Bhubaneswar 3 Sep: Former Speaker Surya Narayan Patra passed away yesterday in a private medical of Bhubaneswar. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment in the hospital. He was representing Digapahandi assembly constituency of Ganjam district. He elected as MLA 7 times . Surya Narayan Patra passed away at the age of 75. Suryanarayan also appreciated for holding the position and working successfully in many fields
