Bhubaneswar, Aug 4: As many as 10,614 tele-consultations were done in the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar in July. The ‘AIIMS Bhubaneswar Swasthya’ application was started on July 10.
AIIMS Bhubaneswar Director Dr Gitanjali Batmanabane said that 12 more numbers have been added for tele-consultations.
Here is the hospital statistics of 10,416 teleconsultations through phone and AIIMS Bhubaneswar Swasthya app for July:
- 64 deliveries conducted; 4 deliveries in COVID-19 positive women
- 269 major surgeries; 98 emergency surgeries
- 2576 registrations in trauma & emergency and 1012 hospital inpatient admissions
- 5938 RT-PCR tests done; 196 direct antigen tests done
- 4374 patients screened in COVID screening clinic and 257 COVID 19 patients admitted as in-patients
- 85,018 laboratory tests and 4624 radiological investigations done
The AIIMS-Bhubaneswar had launched a mobile application ‘AIIMS Bhubaneswar Swasthya’ to provide online consultation on virtual medium.
