Bhubaneswar Jan 20 :In the last 24 hours, Odisha has recorded 10,368 new Covid-19 cases, of which 1,090 are in the age group of newborn to 18 years, taking tally in the state to 11,77,462. Active caseload in the state now stands at 88,346.
Out of the total 10,368 new infections, 6,015 were reported from quarantine centres while 4,353 persons contracted the virus locally.
Khurda district reported highest 3036 fresh infections, followed by Sundargarh (1505) and Cuttack (940).
With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1177462 with 88346 active cases.
